This is a go-to recipe for me when I have a hankering for something sweet and chocolaty but I don’t want to blow it on the sugar front. It tastes like cold hot chocolate. If you take this to a party for yourself, so that you can have a dessert, you might find that others will expect you to share. It’s that good!

This is the easiest and least-messy way I have found to make and store Cold Whipped Hot Chocolate. In a 1 quart glass canning jar pour the cream to the 1 cup mark. Add the rest of the ingredients.

This is fast! Scoop out with a rubber spatula into bowls to serve or just keep it for yourself in the jar in the refrigerator and scoop some out with an ice tea spoon when you have a need for something chocolaty. This recipe easily doubles using the same size jar.
