Fibromyalgia Diet

Your Diet can Affect Your Energy Level and Your Health

By choosing to eat healthy, you are giving your body the opportunity to heal. I am constantly adding recipes to this web site that will help you eat healthier. A fibromyalgia diet is not meant to control the fibromyalgia, but to lead you to 110% recovery!

Here are the Dos and Don’ts  you need to consider to get well:

Don’t: Eat processed foods: processed foods add toxins to your body. They keep you body from being about to heal itself and recover. Most of the food we eat everyday are processed. Much of what we eat when we go out to a restaurant is processed. You need to read the backs of labels and choose wisely when you go out to eat.

Do: Get more protein into your diet: Although liver is not the most appetizing food to many people, it is the best way to get protein into your diet. There is one liver pill I recommend that will help you do this without having to prepare meals.

Do: Consume the right liquids: drinking a lot of soda will put more toxins in your body. Drinking water is better, but there are other even better options. I have included a couple recipes (juicy water,  smooth water) for you to try.

Don’t: Eat refined sugar: When planning a fibromyalgia diet, it’s important to pay attention to sugar. Some of it , especially refined, cause a rapid rise in blood sugar that could raise your risk of diabetes and other chronic problem such as dietary fats and cholesterol.

Don’t: Eat grains: It has to be an important part of your fibromyalgia diet.

Do: Add organic chicken broth to your daily diet: I have a recipes for chicken broth that will make it easy to have around.
